Mueller Nicholls is a well-established builder and solar-powered cabinet shop. Our projects are all design-driven, and we are always honored to work closely with design professionals, and to see their visions come to life in the projects we create together.
Why the blog?
We started this blog as an effort to educate ourselves and others about design as it relates to buildings. We’ve collaborated with many truly talented interior designers over the years, and have been consistently impressed with the impact that good design has on the way a building feels to its occupants.
We’ve also noticed that these professionals are very interesting people, with unique visions, and fascinating outlooks on life. Our typical interactions during the building process don’t always leave time for more philosophical conversations, so we’re turning towards the formal interview process to learn more about our peers.
We hope this foray into the blogosphere provides our readers with an in-depth view into the world of building and design. Enjoy!
“When we build, let us think that we build forever. Let it not be for present use alone. Let it be such work as our descendants will thank us for.” –John Ruskin
